SILANG, Cavite - Philippine National Police Academy on Tuesday, November 21 has released the results of Cadet Admission Test or PNPA in less than a month, earlier than previously announced.

PNPA administered the PNPACAT in 28 testing centers scattered in various regions around the country on October 29, 2017. The institution announces that a total of 1,265 pass the said exam, making them qualified for the 2nd phase of the screening for cadet scholarship program.

Here's what awaits those who will hurdle the screenings and be admitted to the Academy:
1. Opportunity to serve God, Country and People as future Public Safety Officers;
2. Avail a comprehensive program with a holistic approach on cadets' character development as future servant-leaders;
3. Full scholarship grants for four years of training and education;
4. Earn the degree of Bachelor of Science in Public Safety after completing the program;
5. Undergo specialized Training Programs (SCOUT, CQB,PIC,BRT,ICTAP, etc) and series of seminars every summer;
6.Free tuition, uniforms, food and accommodation;
7. Educational tours to our country's historic places and premier Public Safety facilities and official visit to Southeast Asian Police Academies;
8. With pay and allowances while undergoing cadetship training program;
9. Automatically employed in the government service after graduation;
10. Earn the rank of Inspector under Tri-Bureau Service:Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

PNPA is a government institution which offers a four-year scholarship grants to cadets (18-22 years of age) earning the degree of Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS). Cadets are undergoing formal education and series of training and shall be appointed as Police, Jail and Fire Inspectors to the Tri-Bureau service after completing the four years of cadetship program at PNPA.
