Application for Care Workers in Japan now open

A POEA-licensed agency TDGHRM announces that they are now looking for caregivers for deployment to Japan.

TDG Human Resource Management, Inc. (TDGHRM) posted that they are now having a nationwide,continuous manpower pooling for care workers who want to work in Japan. If you are interested, here are the details:

Qualifications

1. Male or Female
2. at least 18 years old
3. with at least one (1) year work-related experience as Caregiver, locally or abroad (must be able to provide Certificate/s of Employment or Certification from home-cared patient's family)
4. If no experience, must be graduate of BS Nursing or any medical-related courses, or High School or College (any 4-year Degree Course) graduates but with TESDA NCII for Caregiving
5. with valid passport
6. physically and mentally fit to work (should be able to produce a pre-employment medical exam report)
7. Good in English
8. No tattoos
9. Knows how to speak or is willing to learn intensive Japanese language (N4 or N3 level)
10. ex-TITP need not apply

Requirements

1. Resume containing details about:
a. Personal background (birthday, age, marital status, height, weight, etc.)
b. complete contact details (email, mobile number/s, Skype ID)
c. complete educational background (name of school, course, year graduated, etc.)
d. complete work and training history (with job descriptions)
e. At least three (3) character references with complete contact details

2. Clear Photocopy of:
a. Valid Passport
b. School Diploma
c. Training Certificates
d. Certificate/s of Employment (COE)
e. JLPT Certificates, if there is any

3. Pre-Employment Medical Exam (PEME) Report
a. Complete Physical Exam
b. Chest X-ray
c. ECG
d. Hepatitis Screening
e. HIV Screening
f. Visual Acuity
g. Drug Test
e. Pregnancy Test (if female)
