POEA-Bacolod accepts applications of nurses for hospitals in Germany

A total of 300 nurses will be hired nationwide for German federal employment agency.



BACOLOD CITY - The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration's (POEA) Satellite Office Bacolod is now accepting applications for job openings for nurses in different hospitals in Germany.

There are job openings for 300 nurses that will be sourced in three key places nationwide, including Cebu, Baguio and Manila, the local POEA office said.

Applicants may also submit requirements to the POEA regional center in Cebu City.




The job opening is a government-to-government hiring, with Code No. rsf 160029 and is named as the Triple Win Project.

The project started in 2013 with the POEA government placement branch and the German federal employment agency as its government counterpart.

Nurses will be assigned in Intensive Care Units, general, medical, surgery and geriatric ward with four-year Nursing education and valid Philippine nursing license with at least two years of professional experience as nurse in hospitals, rehabilitation, center and care institutions.

They should be proficient in the German language or willing to undergo German language training in the Philippines to attain level b1 to be paid by the employer or with b1 or b2 language proficiency level in accordance with the common European framework of reference for language.




Accepted applicants will receive a starting monthly salary of 1,900 Euros or PHP100,187, and after recognition as a qualified nurse, a monthly salary of 2,300 Euros or PHP121,279.

Travel expenses for airfare and the visa will be shouldered by the employer, but the board and lodging will be paid in part or in full by qualified nurses.

Applicants are advised to register online at www.poea.gov.ph or www.eregister.poea.gov.ph and to personally submit the photocopied documents fastened in a folder with the heading “Triple Win” at the POEA Satellite Office-Bacolod at the 2nd floor of the old City Hall on Araneta-Luzuriaga streets.(PNA)
