DOH-13 opens 2017 HRH Deployment application

DOH in CARAGA Region now hiring nurses, doctors, dentists, midwives, medtechs and PHAs under HRH Deployment 2017.

BUTUAN CITY - The Department of Health Region XIII in CARAGA has opened the submission of application for 2017 Human Resource for Health Deployment Programs (HRH) which will deploy nurses, doctors, dentists, midwives, medtechs and public health associates (PHA) to rural health units.

The DOH in Caraga Region covers the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Dinagat Island, with Butuan as administrative center.

The hiring will be under the following deployment programs/projects for calendar year 2017:

• Nurse Deployment Project (NDP)
• Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP)
• Dentist Deployment Project (DDP)
• Universal Health Care Implementer (UHCI)
• Medical Technologist Deployment Project (MTDP)
• Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP)

Requirements

1. Duly accomplished Deployment Program/Project Application Form (Download HERE) available at the DOH regional office.
2. Application letter addressed to:

JOSE R. LLACUNA, JR, MD, MPH, CESO III

DOH Regional Office XIII

3. Photocopy of Updated PRC License (for nurses, doctors, dentists, midwives, medical technologists).
4. Photocopy of PRC Board Rating.
5. Certified True Copy of Diploma (for PHA applicants only).
6. Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended.

Deadline for submission of all applications will be on or before November 10, 2016. Applications with no attached photocopy of PRC License & Certified True Copy of Diploma (for PHAs) will not be entertained.

Schedule of qualifying exam will be announced later.
